Please note:

We accept Money Orders and Company Checks. No Personal Checks are accepted. Personal checks sent to us will be voided and will not be returned. All checks and money orders must be denominated in U.S. Currency.

Payment Options

We accept credit card payment through PayPal or PayDollar. We also accept Check and Money Order. We only accept payment through PayPal, BankTransfer, Check and Money Order for purchase amount is USD 400 or more. If the purchase amount exceeds USD 1000, we don't accept payment through PayPal.

Tax
The total price of any order will only include the applicable sales taxes. All other taxes that may apply are the sole responsibility of and to be paid by the customer.

About Sales Tax
According to the Californian law, the sales tax needs to be levied on intra-state transactions. And the current tax rate is 9.75% for the Alameda county that our warehouse is located in, so the tax will be collected on customers with a California shipping address..

Security Guarantee
Shopping with us is safe and secure. None of our customers have ever reported fraudulent use of their credit cards as a result of shopping with us. You can be assured that the information you give us is confidential. We do not sell, rent or share information of our customers with other parties.

Refund
After we issue a refund authorization to the bank, credit will appear on the customer's statement within one to two billing cycles, depending on the time required for the card-issuing bank to process such transaction. Credit will be issued for part cost, tax and delivery less any re-stocking fees (where applicable). Delivery and Service Chargers will not be refunded in all cases. Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds will only be made to the same card used for the original purchase.

Shipping Information

US packages go by UPS, USPS First Class Mail and USPS Priority Mail. Canadian shipments are going by USPS International Airmail. Usually ships the same business day.

If expedited services are used for delivery, we will procure the desired service from UPS on your behalf. In the event of a refund, the shipping fee is not refundable under any circumstances except if the order is cancelled before shipping.

All our products for United States destination are shipped by UPS Ground or USPS, depending on whichever service would take the shortest delivery time to your location.

Remarks: The shipping and delivery costs for Alaska, Hawaii, Military Locations, AFO/APO address are charged based on the number of products purchased. For one product item, full rate of $10 will be imposed; and half rate will be charged for each additional item. Delivery takes about 5 business days.

According to related law, we should collect the sales tax on customer with a California shipping address. The current tax rate is 9.75% for the Alameda county so that we should charge the rate from customer whose shipping address has a state code of "CA".

UPS charges $11 for re-directing package due to non-deliverable address provided. So, please ensure that the address you have provided is correct and current, and don't use non-standard abbreviations. Otherwise, you are required to pay the re-direction fee and other charges that might incur.

  2. If the shipment is returned to us due to insufficient or incomplete address provided by you, we will have to re-charge you the re-shipment postage. So, please make sure the address is complete, including business name and suite number if the postal address is a business complex, and proper suburb name. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned.

Return Delivery Charges
We will arrange UPS to pick up the RMA merchandise from our customers. However, should postal address be provided with incorrect or inadequate information resulting in non-delivery, customers will be charged the additional Delivery and Service Charges so incurred. When the 2nd Delivery and Service Charges are required for a replacement or exchange item(s), prepaid satchel or stamps would not be accepted, nor would they be returned. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay for the return freight, and to take reasonable care to protect against damages in freight, if they want to return the product(s) for any reason. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee.

Cross Shipment
Cross shipment (exchange shipped prior to return of the original) must be secured by credit card. Such charge will remain on the customer's credit card until we received the returned merchandise. A refund for the charged amount will be credited within 30 days from the day on which we received the returned merchandise.
