How to charge a new Sharp BT-L445 battery?

After produced from factory , new Sharp BT-L445 batteries are shipped in a discharged condition or with very low capacity and must charged before use. People generally recommend an overnight charge (approximately twelve hours). Refer to the user's manual for charging instructions.
